Experience

The team from BeMiTec has at its disposal many years of experience in research and development of high-power microwave transistors, monolithic microwave integrated circuits (MMIC's), as well as experience in design and EM-simulation. In this way the BeMiTec team takes advantage of the FBH know-how in GaN-based microwave components for frequencies up to 10 GHz. These components can be used, for example, in next-generation mobile phone base stations or as efficient components in space applications.
